আমার ইমেইলঃ

গত বৃহস্পতিবার ( ৫ নভেম্বর ২০০৯) আমি বিষয়টি জানিয়ে গ্রামীণফোণের Customer Service বিভাগে ইমেইল করি ।ইমেইল থেকে আমার নাম ও মোবাইল নম্বর অপ্রকাশিত রেখে পাঠকের জন্য তুলে দিলাম।

Dear Sir,

Recently I bought a Internet modem from you outlet of Polton for my Project ( a government project.)

According to the rule of public procurement act , the responsible person need to be certain that the Value Added Tax (VAT) of the sold product has been paid by the seller .

But very much unfortunately, the money receipt provided on the sold goods of Grammeen phone does not mention either amount of paid VAT or the VAT ID. I requested your representative at your Polton and Motijil outlet to provide me VAT information on sold Item; they informed me that they can not give me this information.

As a result , now when I am adjusting my office bill for that modem ......I am in trouble due to VAT issue of bought product

Why does not you use ECR in your outlets?


Here to add that as a citizen,a buyer has full right to know whether VAT is properly paid for his bought item.

Usually VAT information is not mentioned in any invoice that is provided to the customer/s while purchasing any product from our customer touch points. However, if you are in need of getting the VAT information of the product you purchased from us, you are requested to write us back along with the scanned copy of the money receipt as well as mentioning the following information:
# Specific date and time of purchasing the modem
# Address and name of the Sales Point
After getting all the relevant information / document, we will escalate the issue to the concern end for consideration and necessary action. However, we have tried several times to contact with you over the phone but unfortunately your number was unreachable.
