ঐ হাদিসের আগে একটি ব্যক্ষা দেই তার পর হাদিসটি ঃ-
Every denomination or newly invented sect created by people and contradicts Shari`ah (Islamic law) falls under this Hadith of Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him): Whoever introduces something into this affair of ours that is not of it (i.e. religion) it will be rejected. and also under this Sahih Hadith (a Hadith that has been transmitted by people known for their uprightness and exactitude; free from eccentricity and blemish): "My Ummah will split up into seventy-three sects, all of them will be in the Fire except one sect." They asked: "Which one, O Messenger of Allah? He replied: "Al-Jama`ah (the true followers of the Prophet)."

In another narration, the Prophet's reply was: It is the one (sect) that follows what I and my Companions are upon now. Hence, whatever practice, deed, or act of worship people invent as a means of drawing nearer to Allah thinking that they will be rewarded while in fact it contradicts Shari`ah, it is considered a Bid`ah (rejected innovation in religion) that falls under this dispraise and censure stated by Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him).

Accordingly, it is the duty of all Muslims to weigh their words, deeds and acts of worship against the statements of Allah and His Messenger, what has been ordained by Allah, what is authentically reported from Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him), what is in accordance with Shari`ah and what is stated in Allah's Book (the Qur'an). This leads to the acceptable truth! On the other hand, whatever act or manner of worship that conflicts with the Book of Allah or the Sunnah (whatever is reported from the Prophet), it is rejected and it falls under this Hadith of the Messenger (peace be upon him): Whoever introduces something into this affair of ours that is not of it (i.e. religion) it will be rejected. .

All of this discussion refers to the acts of worship innovated by people as means of drawing nearer to Allah. However, new designs and modern inventions, such as weapons, vehicles, clothing, food, etc, are not what this Hadith refers to. The Hadith has to do with the acts of worship that people perform seeking to draw nearer to Allah. This is what is meant by the Prophet's (peace be upon him) statement: Whoever does something that is not in accordance with our command, their deed is to be rejected. and: Whoever introduces something into this affair of ours that is not of it (i.e. religion) it will be rejected.

This Hadith also involves such contracts that contradict the Shari`ah, for any contract that runs counter to the Shari`ah is considered null and void.

Abu ‘Amir al-Hawdhani said: Mu’awiyah b. Abi Sufyan stood among us and said: Beware! The apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) stood among us and said: Beware!The people of the Book were split up into seventy-two sects, and this community will be split up into seventy-three: seventy-two of them will go to Hell and one of them will go to Paradise, and it is the majority group। (কমেন্ট সেকশনে ঊমর, ও মুসলিম থেকে বুঝতে পারলাম, এই হাদিসের অনুবাদ ভুল)

বিদাত সৃষ্টিকারী দল গুলিঈ মেজরিটি , কেঊ না করতে পারবেন না । সালাফিরা বিদাতি নয়, কিন্তু সংখ্যায় কম । এই প্রশ্ন সালাফিদের করলে তারা কোরানের আয়াত নিয়ে আসেন , যেখেনে আল্লাহ সুবাহানাতালা বলেছেন সল্প সংখ্যকেও বিজয়ী করবেন (আয়াত মুঘস্ত নাই , নম্বর ও মনে নাই) ।

কিন্তু নারী বিষয়ক কিছু জটিল বক্তব্যের হাদিস , তারা ব্যবহার করেন তখন কোরানের কথা মনে রাখেন না । নারী বিষয়ক ক্লিয়ার আধিক সমর্থিত হাদিস ঈ ব্যবহার করা উচিত । আমার কাছে বিদায় হজের ভাষণ বা রাসূল সঃ এর যে কোন ভাষন অথবা যে হদিস অধিক সংখ্যক রেয়াতে এসেছে তাই বেশী গ্রহন যোগ্য । যে কোন হাদিস পেলে তা কোরান তার পর অধিকতর সহী হাদিস দ্বারা বিবেচনা করা ঊচিত । আমার জানা মতে হোসাইন আহমেদ মাদানী হুজুর বুখারী শরীফের হাদিস ও পড়ানোর সময় মুনাকাবা করে রাসূল সঃ জিজ্ঞেস করে নিতেন । তারমানে, বুখারী সরীফের হাদিস ও প্রশ্নের উর্ধে না । রাসূল সঃ সমালোচনা করা হয় যে সব হাদীস দ্বারা ঐ হাদীস গুলোকে অনেক দুর্বল মনে হয় । কিন্তু ইমাম বুখারীর জ্ঞান, কিংবা ইমাম মুসলিমের জ্ঞান , আমার জ্ঞনের চেয়ে হাজারো লক্ষ গুন বেশী । এবং কোন হাদীস কোরানের বিপরিত নয় । তারমানে সহজ, হাদীসের সঠিক অর্থ বুঝতে পারি নাই ।

বিদায় হজের ভাষন ঃ
This sermon was delivered on the Ninth Day of Dhul Hijjah 10 A.H. in the 'Uranah valley of Mount Arafat' (in Mecca).

After praising, and thanking God he said:

"O People, lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether after this year, I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am saying to you very carefully and take these words to those who could not be present here today.

তারমানে আমরা রাসূল সঃ কথা অক্ষরে অক্ষরে পোছে দিতে হবে পরিবর্তিদের। হয়ত কোন সময় আসবে ঐ হাদিস গুলোর প্রকৃত অর্থ বুঝা যাবে । আমরা এখন যেসব হাদীসের অর্থ বুঝি, মানে আমদের কাছে মনে হয় কোরানের বিপরিত নয়(৯৫% সহী গ্রন্তের হাদীস) ঐ গুলি ফল করলাম , যা বুঝি না, তাকে ভুল বা সুদ্ধ না বলে ভবিষতের জন্য রেখে দিলাম ।

যা বুঝি তার মাধ্যমে আইন তৈরি করলাম , পুর্ববর্তি দের প্রতি সম্মান ও তাদের অনূষারে বর্তমান সময় এর প্রেক্ষিতে ।

বিদায় হজের সম্পূর্ন ভাষনঃ

O People, just as you regard this month, this day, this city as Sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that He will indeed reckon your deeds. God has forbidden you to take usury (interest), therefore all interest obligation shall henceforth be waived. Your capital, however, is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity. God has judged that there shall be no interest and that all the interest due to Abbas ibn 'Abd'al Muttalib (Prophet's uncle) shall henceforth be waived...

Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.

O People, it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women, but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under God's trust and with His permission. If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with any one of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.

O People, listen to me in earnest, worship God, say your five daily prayers (Salah), fast during the month of Ramadan, and give your wealth in Zakat. Perform Hajj if you can afford to.

All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not, therefore, do injustice to yourselves.

Remember, one day you will appear before God and answer your deeds. So beware, do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.

O People, no prophet or apostle will come after me and no new faith will be born. Reason well, therefore, O People, and understand words which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the Quran and my example, the Sunnah and if you follow these you will never go astray.

All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listen to me directly. Be my witness, O God, that I have conveyed your message to your people".

ইমাম আবুহানীফা রঃ তার যুগের নারীদের ভালমন্দের অনুযায়ী করেছিলেন , বর্তমানে আমাদের যুগের ভাল মন্দ বিবেচনায় রেখে, আগের যুগের অনুষারে, নারী বিষয়ক আইন করা উচিত । এ ব্যপারে সকল মাহযাব আর সালাফিদের এগিয়ে আসা উচিত ।

ইসলাম সেকুলারিসম, কমিঊনিসম, অপ-মানবতা বাদ, প্রানী বাদ, প্রকৃত বাদের চেয়ে বহু বহু গুন উন্নত । ইসলাম ই পৃথিবতে সাম্য, মর্যাদা, প্রকৃত ভালবাসা(মানুষ প্রানী সবার জন্য) নিয়ে এসেছে ।ইসলাম ই শ্রেষ্ট জীবন বিধান ।
আসুন , আমাদের ভুল গুলো বুঝতে চেষ্টা করি । এবং সংশোধন করি । আল্লাহ সুবাহানাতালা আমাদের সহায়তা করুন , ক্ষমা করুন । তিনি ঈ সবচেয়ে ভাল জানেন ।
