জেলা জজের পদর্মাদা ৩ বাহিনী প্রধানের উপরে দেয়ার নির্দেশ হাইকোর্টের


আগামী ৬০ দিনের মধ্যে জেলা জজ, অতিরিক্ত জেলা জজ এবং মুখ্য মহানগর হাকিমদের পদমর্যাদা তিন বাহিনী প্রধান ও সচিবদের ওপরে দেয়ার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে হাইকোর্ট। বৃহস্পতিবার বিচারপতি রেফাত আহমেদ ও বিচারপতি মইনুল ইসলামের দ্বৈত বেঞ্চ এ নির্দেশ দেয়। এছাড়া বর্তমান ওয়ারেন্ট অব প্রিসিডেন্স (১৯৮৬) অবৈধ ও অসংবিধানিক ঘোষণা করেছে আদালত।

জেলা ও দায়রা জজ আতাউর রহমানের বর্তমান ওয়ারেন্ট প্রিসিডেন্সকে চ্যালেঞ্জ করে দায়ের করা রিট আবেদনের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে এ রায় দেয় আদালত। Click This Link
