বিয়ন্ড দ্য সী শুনে, আসলেই মনে হয় পালতোলা কোন জাহাজে সাগরে ভেসে যাই।
শিল্পীর গুন এটা যে গানকে শ্রোতার কল্পনায় পরিনত করতে পারে ।

ববি ডরিনের জীবনের উপরে কেভিন স্পেসীর করা "বিয়ন্ড দ্য সী" নামে একটা মুভিই আছে।
গান যাদের মজ্জায় তাদের ভালো লাগবে।

এই গানটা নিয়ে আসলে একটা কবিতা লেখা যায়। আমার কাছে এই গানটার আবেদন ইমাজিনের চে কম মনে হয় না ।
অনেক অনেক সুন্দর আর ভাবার মতো ।
মনটাকেই সুন্দর করে দেয়।
লুইস আর্মষ্টং এর ফ্যাসফ্যাসে গলায় ভরকে যান যদি কেউ তাদের বলি হলিউডি নামজাদা অনেক ছবিতেই এই ভদ্রলোকের গলা শুনেছেন । গ্রামির হল অফ ফেমে স্থান পাওয়া গানের শিল্পীকে চিনে রাখেন । নেক্সটটাইম মনে করবেন "ওয়াও" আসলেই তো।

পুরান আমলের গান নাকি ফানি হয় না।
এই গান শুনে আর আমার এক বন্ধুর মুখভংগি দেখে হাসতে হাসতে দম আটকে গিয়েছিল ;
গান শুনতে শুনতে হাসার অভিজ্ঞতাটা নতুন হতে পারে।
