শুনে খুব আশ্চর্য হই যখন শুনি নির্বাচন কমিশন বলে যে বাড়ি বাড়ি গিয়ে ভোটার লিস্ট আপডেট করা সম্ভব না কারন লেপটপ নিয়ে বাড়ি বাড়ি যাওয়া সম্ভব না।
প্রিয় পাঠক, আপনারাই বলুন দেশের বর্তমান পরিস্হিতে, কয়জন মানুষ কেম্পে গিয়ে ভোটার হবে? মা-বোনেরা কি কেম্পে গিয়ে কম্ফোর্ট ফিল করবেন?
এখন প্রশ্ন হলো - লেপটপ নিয়ে বাড়ি বাড়ি কেন যেতে হবে? এর চাইতে উন্নত প্রযুক্তি আমাদের দেশেই আছে। ইচ্ছা করলেই নির্বাচল কমিশন MMS প্রযুক্তি ব্যভার কতে পারে। এর জন্য একটা কমন টেম্পলেট থাকবে। ভোট কর্মিরা বাড়ি বাড়ি গিয়ে টেম্পলেটটি পুরন করে ভোটারের ছবি তুলে central server এ আপ করতে পারে। এই আপলোডের against এ একটা অটোমাটিক নাম্বার জেনারেট হবে, যেটা প্রাইমারি নাম্বর ও ভোটারের ইউনিক আই.ডি হিসাবে গন্য হবে। সম্পুর্ন ডাটাবেজ আপডেটের পর সিম্পল কোয়ারির মাধ্যমে খুব অল্প সময়ে ভোটার আই.ডি ছাপান সম্ভব। এর মাধ্যমে সরকার একজন নাগরিকের সব তথ্য মম্বলিতো ডাটাবেজ পাবেন যা ভোটার আই.ডি ছারাও বিভিন্ন সময় বিভিন্ন কাজে ব্যবহার করতে পারবে। আমার ধারনা বাংলাদেশের যেকোন টেলিকম কম্পানি সরকার কে এ ব্যপারে সহযোজিতা করতে রাজি হবে। তবে এই ডাটাবাজের পুর্নাংগ ব্যভারের জন্য এটাকে একটা ক্নিনিউয়াস প্রজেক্ট হিসাবে সবসময় এটা আপডেটার ব্যবস্হা করতে হবে। এবং ডাটাবাজটি সিকিউরিটি ইনসিওর করতে হবে।

mms has lot's difficulties to maintain in server. for this purpose lot's value added service should be reconfigures and the govt. expenditure forecast will not meet the sufficient parametres. and you know actually there has been a research on that purpose of feasibility and the result is not so good in lots of perspective.

Dear Udashi, U actually have no idea about MMS. U said "lot's difficulties" but didnt talked abot what those are! because u dont know about server very much. Each and every developed and developing country the govt. have a very rich datadase by which they can do their administrative job very easyly. In this connection what u need - some database specialist. U understand , what i mean? Every year lot of dataentry prossess takes place in our country. its involved a lot of money, manpower anso on. But what is the end result. Dont know do u have Idea.....how much money we spend for voter list during last year. But all the money justed wasted......... but if the covernment can build up a databade. they will get verious dynimac reports, with them thay will be able to govern the country easily. Every five year voter list prepration process could be stopped as well as it could stop wasting our money, who are giving TAX to the government every day , every min.
If u unable to manage a server , how can u belive that u can manage all data, that stored into ur so called Lapto!! and compile that all in due time.
Look man, I thing u just considering just present favtors. But my dear. please do support to do such kind of tepmorary solution. It waste our time. Its just like WASA, DASA & GAS projece. Some one of them cut the road to insert wair,then some one make road, again they cut the road for gas line........Its just increasing the suffaring of life, nothing else.
Think, every year our polatical party blame each other for a good voter list. If a central database is mantainrd, there will be no question regarding this issue.

আপনি কি মোবাইল কম্পানির নাকি নির্বাচন কমিশন, কোন সাইডের? ইচ্ছা থাকলে সব সন্ভব। কিন্তু প্রবলেম টা কি যানেন? ভালো একটা ডাটাবেজ থাকলে সবার অসুবিধা, সময় মত ট্যাক্স দিতে হবে, কালো টাকা বানালো জাবে না, ভুয়া ভোট দেওয়া যাবেনা, সর্বপরি রাতারাতি বড়লোক হওয়া যাবেনা। আর সরকার এসব কিসু করবেও না। তাই আমরা ব্লগে সান্তি বজায় রাখি। ঝগরাজাটি বাদ দেই।
