She was heart patient and had 3 heart attacks ....

everywhere family was trying to find the replacement for her heart

but people were not ready to transparent heart of their near and dear ones even after death

she was the mother of 3 children 1 was just 2 years old

everyone was so much worried

she spoke with her husband thinking her last time that he should take care of children when she will be away and believe her she is always living in their hearts

he was so emotional and helpless

she had severe pain in her heart and admitted to the hospital suddenly doctor told her that their is one heart available....as a patient died recently and wrote in a letter that he wants to transplant his heart in your body

she was so thankful and after the operation everything was all-right until she asked for her husband ...

their was no answer from anyone but just one letter by her bed-side "I am in your heart living and cherishing...and children need you more, much more than me...love"
