sometimes it feels that you know people well, though you never met. this may happen when you have something special in common, something that connects you through curiosity, imagination and engagement. well, this afternoon me and jana had the pleasure of welcoming one of our few colleagues in the field of blog community entrepreneurship, sushanta from amarblog .

we have chatted, blogged, emailed and phoned each other several times, after all we have many experiences and ideas to share as we all spend much of our time thinking how we can make bangla blogging even more popular

together with sushanta, we were also happy that rezwan , pial and two friends of theirs came. talking was easy, ideas abundnant, engagement great and the coffee good. as blog communities we may be different and thats how it should be. bangla blogging can grow to unlimited heights and there should always be different players to spur innovation.

running a blog community is fun and exciting, but it also carries a responsibility: a responsibility to bring transparency and accountability for the ruling class. at the moment, the issues that bring us together are:
a) build more momentum for the trial of war criminals.
b) take a positive and active role in democracy watch to remind the politicians that we dont forget their pledges and that we want true progress this time.
