It was a practice match no doubt at all, yes we didn't win, yes there were 2 centuries by 2 South African, still we have a lot of positives to take from the match. Our boys showed a lot of character in the match. We were not bowled out in this match. Zunayed scored a century, Sakib scored a good 74, Tamim, Aftab and Rakib batted really well, Sajid, Enamul Jr. Farhad Reza and Russel bowled really well. It is really unfortunate for Enamul and Russel not to be included in the final 14, but I bet soon enough they will make it to the squad.
I agree that South Africa is a tough side to play with, but our expectation is not too much. We just want to see our boys playing their heart out. all we want is to see them making a contest and not giving up easily, soon enough we will see success, we have already seen our boys beating South Africa in the world cup, no one thought of that before, but hard work and commitment always pays off. Let’s hope that our boys will work hard and have full commitment, soon enough it will pay dividend.
