"BEAUTIFUL BANGLADESH" (BB) can be the brand-name of our country to establish and enhance a positive image of our nation in the world community, and attract foreign tourists to visit its Panoramic Landscapes, Seascapes and Breathtaking Beauties of the Nature.

However, some heavenly places in Bangladesh, which are even unknown to the most of the Bangladeshi people, can be a strong weapon in branding our beloved Bangladesh. “Lalakhal” is such an astonishing place, located at Jaintiapur in Sylhet.

After reaching that place you must be flabbergasted by watching the greenish-blue water, hilly tracks, tea-gardens & the greenery. Besides, there are some mysterious holes in the river which look more 'Martian' than earthly!















If any of you people want to be there, just go to the Subhanighat bus-stand located near Uposhahar in Sylhet city. A hell lot of buses are available there to take you to 'Sarighat'.
'Lalakhal' is around 8 KM from Sarighat. You can go there by boat or speedboat or through the country road if you've got a car. And last but not the least; you have the option to go there on foot if you've got the guts!!!
