life with the blog on a mac

congratulations to me, i have just got myself a pretty sexy macbook laptop. i am very happy with it, but need some time to go deep into its beautiful landscape of design and functionality.
but alas, the blog don´t look as it did on my familiar (but boooring) windows interface. i am not fully up yet with mac compatible fonts, so while i get problems, other mac users should feel happy that we now feel the mac pain inhouse... and will work on making the blog fully compatible with mac also, design and font wise.
so my questions to you are:
1) is there any successful blog users with mac out there, what is your feedback?
2) anyone of you that tried with mac but gave up, and why?
i promise that we will not make mac streamlining the top priority issue stealing away focus from other more important issues. we need to get out the group blog up, and we will work on issues that can help you spread the blog to many more people.

- plz delete my first comment.- you can search for 'mac unicode bangla font' in google. the first (ekushey.org reference) and third result (wikipedia) is relevant for macosx. have a look. those are in english.

By the way, I think it would be mug (not mac) of coffee, that sounds like known in the blog!

one of the top reasons of me not getting a mac yet is somewherein. i wasn't sure that i would be able to blog in bangla using a mac. if straightn' out this issue with mac is ur top priority, then i should start hunting deals for mac.apple,here comes my bite....

I am pretty happy with my mac using somewhereinblog especially after the new version of the blog released. I use black macbook and I really loved it. To see bangla properly you can download the necessary fonts and keyboard layout from Ekushey. And then you can use the firefox browser which is named as GRANPARADISO version 3.0a2.

@ফজল thanks for your help. i had already downloaded the fonts from ekushey, but it looked little weird. after i downloaded grand paradiso for mac, the characters seems to fall into the right spaces.we will test this for a while, and then possibly make your suggestion into a toolkit for mac users.

@আরিলThanks. You are right. The characters seems to be fall apart at the right side. Safari is also good browser. But there is another problem in safari that I can post using the safari and the character comes ok. But when I make comment on any blog then it the characters changes into ???????????. Pls try it and tell me if there is any solution of it.
