Can we change our country's system, policy of flattering and contamination? When we will speak with proud that I am Bangladeshi? In abroad sometimes we feel shy when we hear that "U r Bangla". We are shocked so much when we are cricized as Bangal. But why? Our research, our performances are admirable in all over the world with excellence. But this sorrow is replaced when we think, oh we have to back my country and we have to face a lot of problems. My official file would be held up by my collegue just for their grouping and mean behaviour. Then I have to also involved in this corruption to get rid off this labyrinth. In abroad, a university teacher has a lot of facilities, his salary is handsome, he has no tension about living cost and other expenditure , furthermore he has research facilities. Thats why he can continue his research easily. Just if anyone wants to continue research he can easily in foriegn country. On the contrary, in Bangladesh, as a university teacher , my salary is very poor corresponding to other country. I am constraint in research field because there is no fundings. I have to be involved in grouping to get promotion. I have to be busy for adulation to others. If I manage a scholarship with heart and soul trying , this should be postponed for grouping regarding a rediculous cause . When this deadlock would be broken and we would be free from this? We are enthusiastic to be academician, not to be violated politician. We want to distribute our research contibution to the Bangaldeshi nations. A corruption free country is our dream, our reverie.
