HSC Exam should not be in GOROMKAAL; It is INHUMANE

We already have a huge amount of electricity crisis (power-crisis); in summer it looms large. Students already in trouble with their exams but summer adds more pressure both physical and mental( psychological). It is not easy to study hard in summer especially in a county like ours where the humidity adds insult to injury.So, it is better to place HSC exams in winter like January-February.And we also can place the SSC exam in Nov.-Dec. or in the same time;so that we can save our resource & time .WE can also plan like that the summer will be the vacation of schools and new session classes of schools should start after the summer & completed in Spring (before summer).

In summer water crisis and humid weather brings the problem of dehydration and there is a lots of possibility that students get affected.Few days earlier , in TV I found one examinee is bringing water from distant places inspite of giving more attention to their studies.SO summer is riskier for HSC examinees.Rich families may can afford IPS, Generator line, AC to their child but less luckier one will suffer. Is this a level playing field, I don’t think so.I am not telling govt. to buy them IPS but at least don’t place the HSC or SSC exam in SUMMER (GOROM KAAL).

If any HSC examinee become sick for scarcity of pure water & electricity & performs badly in the exam. Who will take the responsibility? Government???!!!
