Canada government attracting peoples all over the world to settle in Canada with citizenship status. Canada is the largest immigration application receiving country of the world, providing world’s best health, insurance, education, job, social and family values to the people living there. This year, Federal government plans to accept almost 2, 65, 000 applications from all over the world for permanent residence status. For this immigration action plan, Federal government already launched different types of immigration program with the joint collaboration of provincial territory.

Federal Skilled Worker [FSW]:-

Federal Skilled Worker program was the most popular point based immigration program for the immigration seekers since 2010. The volume of application, backlogs made its selection criteria more difficult day by day. Under this program, applicant needs to score 67 points out of 100. Age limit is 18 to 35 years, minimum 1 year job experience within last 10 years, bachelor level education and ensure 6.0 score in each ability of general IELTS. This is the major requirement of FSW program. Sometimes, spouse may need to do IELTS to get 5 points more. Last year, only 5,000 applications were received by CIC based on 24 occupation demand. As per the Immigration plan 2014, CIC is expected to receive new FSW application on May 2014. New NOC list is expected to be published on last week of April 2014.

Saskatchewan Skilled Worker Program [SINP]:-

Saskatchewan territory has their own immigration nominee program [SINP]. Beside this program they started Skilled Worker Program experimentally on January 2nd 2014. They accepted only 250 applications for this year. Next application will be received by SINP authority on January 2nd 2015. Under this program, applicant need to score 60 points out of 100 / no job offer is required / minimum 1 year job experience within last 10 years / minimum bachelor level education / IELTS score 5.5 is acceptable / age limit 21 to 48 years. These are the major requirement of this program. Spouse IELTS is not required under this program. Almost 201 occupations are listed in the SINP demand list. So, this program may be attractive program for those applicants who are struggling to score 6.0 in IELTS [GT].

Nova Scotia [Regional Labor Market Demand Stream]:-

Nova Scotia started this stream on March 26th 2014 beside their regular nominee program. There is no time limit for application and no Job offer is required under this program. Applicant who have bachelor degree / 2 years job experience within last 5 years / minimum 5.0 score in each ability of general IELTS / sufficient financial ability as per federal requirement based on family member and age limit 21 to 55 can apply under this program. This year NS authority may issue 150 nominations maybe more that is not finalized yet. As per the immigration programs point of view, as of today NS [RLMDS] is the most attractive program for any immigration seekers.

INVESTOR PROGRAM:-

CIC recently released news that, they will not continue Federal Investor and Entrepreneur program anymore. CIC will refund all the visa fees to applicant they paid earlier. This is a major shock for the investor applicant who waited for the decision for last 4 to 5 years. But, the Minister Chris Alexander announced that, the applicants who are victimized because of this reckless decision may submit their case files to QUEBEC Investor program, which is still active.

Quebec program going to restart on September 2014. They will receive total 1,750 investor files from September 8th 2014 to September 19th 2014. No courier will be accepted except regular mail for submission issues.

An applicant doesn’t need to hire any lawyers or consultants for application process. They just need to be dedicated and careful for processing the case files. If you still feel to hire a consultant or lawyer, then hire Canadian government authorized and licensed consultant or lawyer.

Recently it is observed that, few unauthorized farms offering applicant’s a work permit in Canada, which is totally a fake movement and fraud activity. It is so, difficult to get a work permit in Canada. Normally, an employer in Canada has to go for advertisement 3 times in news paper when a position gets vacant. If they don’t get a suitable candidate, then they have to advertise in USA for that post for 2 times. If they don’t get suitable candidate from USA, then that employer may choose a candidate from Bangladesh and prove to HRSDC that, they didn’t get any candidates from Canada and USA like Bangladeshi Candidate with the compare of education and experience. Then HRSDC will give the employer the approval. Hope all of you understand, it is an impossible task.
