I wrote in this petition -
Bangladeshi people are very good people and as usual they like to live with peach. Last few years we had a unstable situation due to dirty politics. Now we dont have unstable situation for politics but arises some big problems and of course one of the biggest problem is "Rape". In average everyday 8-10 girls, women or kids are rapped in Bangladesh and some times the rapists first rapped them and then they killed them. Very few are reports in Print and electronic media and most of the time media ignore this news.

The real picture might be more dangerous. Most of the times the girls or kids they dont tell their relatives after sexually harassment. They think some body harassment (rape, eve tease) her so its her and her's family fault. They think they could not show up in the society so they keep in secret and the rapist feel proud and free to move and wait for his (rapist) next hunt ! So the real picture might be more not 8-10 womens/per day.

we have many example that girls are rapped and every body knows who did it but some corrupted police officer and corrupted political leader save rapists and day by day its become a social disease in our country and one of the biggest issue in Bangladesh .Our honorable Prime Minister is women in-spite of we could not seen any good step from our government to take an action against rape.

Recently in March,20 inside the Comilla cantonment a 19 years college student "Tonu" rapped and murdered around 10 pm when she was returning from his student house to her safe home. She was growing up in a poor family and gave a fight back against poverty. she tried to survived doing some tuition in which she could manage some money to support her family as well as her education.Though cantonment is the most secure place in Bangladesh but unlikely she was found dead inside the cantonment. How it could be possible to found her dead inside such a secure place like cantonment? she was found rapped and murdered and lot of bruise in her body. But no media covered this news for some strange reason . Finally when it went to viral in Facebook and peoples started demonstrating, block different major roads in various part of Bangladesh then the media cover this news. But still police did not take any action for against "Tonu"s rapist. Still they could not find her murderer ?

Tonu could be my sister could be your sister could be some ones daughter could be any one . so rise your voice against rape in Bangladesh. we dont want to see our beloved motherland become haven for "Rapist". No more rape in Bangladesh.
