Subject: Cease and Desist Notice for Defamation and Harassment

I am writing to formally demand that you immediately cease and desist from making any further defamatory, insulting, or harassing statements about me, either online or offline.

Your repeated actions—including [briefly describe the offensive behavior, e.g., “publishing insulting statements on http://www.somewhereinblog.net on 05 October, 2025 at 8.13 pm Bangladesh time—have caused significant harm to my personal reputation and professional standing.

These statements are false, malicious, and legally actionable under both Bangladeshi law and applicable international defamation and cyber harassment regulations.
Please take the following actions within 7 (seven) days of receiving this notice:

1. Remove or delete all defamatory content that you have published regarding me.
2. Issue a formal written apology, either through the same platform(s) or in writing, clarifying the falsehood of your statements.
3. Provide written confirmation to me (or my legal representative) that you will refrain from such behavior in the future.

Failure to comply will compel me to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to:
• Filing criminal and civil defamation charges in Bangladesh;
• Notifying the relevant social media platforms to remove content and potentially suspend your accounts;
• Initiating legal proceedings in your jurisdiction (United States or Germany), which may include damages and legal fees.

This letter constitutes a final warning before legal action is taken. I strongly advise you to take this matter seriously and act accordingly.
