১ নং এর বেলায় তাদেরকে অবশ্যই ডাবল হিসেবে ফরম পূরণ করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে তাকে প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্রের বেলায় কয়েকটি বেশী কাগজপত্র সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। ২ নং এর বেলায় তাকে প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র ডাবল হিসেবে প্রেরণ করতে হবে কিন্তু ফরম পূরণ করতে হবে সিঙ্গেল হিসেবে।
