19th Jan , 2003 Kolkata was never
never , as I seen,
mercury was down n down
what never had been.
so I felt, though dealt with Siachen
before , also after,
but that was the diaster.

It was taken as granted,
attending physician also grey haired
or XYZ all wanted
Now this should terminate.
the sufferings can not be waved off
Pocket was not producing heat
being absolutely chilled.


I did not know, rather had no
enough teachings
or education on sharing responsibility management.
My Mom and my better half,
Both were counting days
ICU and sleepless bed respectively two different places.
prior for the destiny later for future.

I used to be in path, unknown;
given up every thing , without knowing everything.
wondering ICU to Lobby; Lobby to Medical store
in between little break underneath a Banyan tree.
few stones used to be there
along with some fresh flowers with air.
I said stones used to be there.

Morning my Dad came with tears,
I saw those very rare,
(before 34 years I saw a burst)
this time meeting his beloved at ICU bed
to say a Good Bye.
It was taken as granted,
attending physician also grey haired
or XYZ all wanted.
as the sufferings were uncontrollable.
There was literally no damn currency dam
to control.

I was odd man there, very little educated,
did not have much exposure of life,
as 20 long yrs I did only left-and right.
dreaming to cater few comfortable breath for her
with some colorful days and night
never knew that air conditioned ICU was the site
booked from the height of supreme governance.
but, I did not take that granted,
though pocket did not produce the heat
soul and mind fought and beat
the prediction of physician and what was taken as granted
by all.

19 th was conquered
I took my mom through a divine miracle
those stones spoke a lot
support I got
physician , Grey haired , XYZ jumped like a spring
I had a song to sing
My mom , spoke to me
my mom walked
my mom prayed
my mom ate
my mom's fate
life extended.
with a seal and sign
all that divine.
