You know... we have 02 social structure. Infra and super. Infrastructure is that what we are doing now like making of breeze, culvert, roads, schools etc. Superstructure consists of the people and nature. Unless we bring a positive changes to our super structure, infrastructures have no values resulting in a negative impact overall the country's development. What the cellular phone set or satellite channels are doing now. We don't think still 52% of our total population leave below the poverty line and among them 23% are hardcore poor who does not manage food for even two time a day. While working in the social communications, I prepared a module for the development of the superstructure. I named it "Spiritual Development" and my vision is to "make the people think positive, act positive and behave positive." It is an integrated approach... and I request u all to take a view on it and please post your feedback if u agree or differ.
The philosophy behind our development activities should be to bring a positive change to the internal thinking process of the community people and develop them spiritually. To do this we need to address the following four major programs targeting the same community people. These are:

1. Poverty eradication through skill development and build up small entrepreneurship.

2. Promote and uphold human rights by providing legal aid education and support.

3. Educate the entire community by providing basic education and literacy, and finally

4. Make a healthier community by providing health care supports and education.
Community people is our prime concern and we want to develop them spiritually to bring a positive change in their internal thinking process to ensure the total development of the people as well as the society. Therefore, we have strategically opted only 04 programs to develop the community people. While addressing any programs or activities we do consider some factors like existing rules of law of the country, culture and heritage of that particular area, religious sentiment of the targeted people, social values and norms practiced by the mankind and we do not do anything that goes against these factors.

We are sure if we can successfully conduct the mentioned four programs targeting the people of a particular area, after a certain period of time child and maternal mortality will be reduced, people will practice personal hygiene and sanitation, their poverty will be reduced and they will be empowered in the society, community and domestic violence will be reduced, they will be educated and the most important thing is that they will be involved within the continuous development cycle due to their awareness on different issues. What we believe that we are not going to impose any instruction like "DO THIS" upon them, rather we are sure the target people will be practicing these as a result of changing their own views from negative to positive.

What we are expecting from them that they will be aware enough to judge among the good and bad which would help them to build up a barrier around themselves to protest the negative impacts upon them and the society. Once they build up this unseen barricade, the negative impacts of the society like malnutrition, HIV/AIDS and other epidemics; domestic and community violence; child marriage, dowry and polygamy; environment and water pollution, child labors, force prostitution etc. will not be able to cross the barricade rather these negative impacts will be bounced back by the barricade that has been build out of the positive thinking of the community people.

In the long run; we are sure this particular people will motivate others to follow their way of development and certainly a positive society will be formed.
