Finally some commons sense and professionalism at the blog. We understand the rules and regulation but not moderation. Boundaries have to be set and that is understandable but those boundaries have to be clearly defined and vetted by the users. So, please let us define the rules and then get into moderation.

However, first thing first. The situation is very vulnerable at the moment and there is common mistrust between the bloggers and the management. To eliminate this mistrust, Most of the people including me would like to have the "DELETED POST" restored. I firmly believe that restoring the deleted post will bridge the gap where we stand now. If we do that then I believe the bloggers will stand by you to make the blog much more amicable where ideas will be exchanged
