For a fair investigation by CID thsoe three must be quized because of the reasons
1. They had negotiation/talk with BDR mutiny leaders several times inside and outside pilkhana. There many times they came in contacts with the rebel leader . Since by now all the ring leaders escaped, it is only sahara-nanok-ajam who can provide information about mutiny leaders. (Because till today CID could not find out the name of killers who started initial firings)
2. It is assumed that as a part of deal between them and BDR, the police cordon around pilkhana was withdrawn which allowed thousands of jawans to flee. In the world history of hostage and crisis management, it is unheard that rebels-terrorists are given secure exit to flee where hundreds of hostage are killed inside.So they cannot avoid the blame of helping BDR to escape pilkhana. They ensured safe exit of the ring leaders, some of them already left bangladesh by air and land.
3. On 25 day/night when sahara- nanok-ajam visited pilkhana, media men asked them about the fate of army officers inside. but very tactfully they avoided the questions. The nation wants to know what actually they knew about the fate of army officers? why they didn't answer question of media men? why didn't they asked BDR men about the state and location of army officers?
4. The nation wants to know what actually was the deal/agreement between them and BDR leaders?What all are the discussion points? Since one month gone they didn't speak about the issue and a lot of rumours spread in public and probably they will not speak on the issue in media further. So a quiz by CID is necessary in this regard.
5. It is not new in world history that a rulling party minister or MP is interrogated by police.Our neighbour India is a good example. Bangladesh should make an example by calling them for police interrogation and reveal the truth. Truth may be bitter for party of government but will be very fruitful for the nation.
6. So it is the high time that CID issue a letter to them and interrogate them thoroughly. For fair interrogation they may be removed from official position temporarily. We must overcome the limitation of partisan leadership for the sake of a fair trial..
