Competitor is your best friend. Competition also moves the world. It is most essential word of economics. Competitor remind the Hail Hitler Speech" He who wants to live should fight , he who doesn't want battle doesn't deserve to alive. In eternal warfare mankind should be great and in eternal peace mankind would be ruined ."

Hon'ble Prime minister Lectured for several time "Development projects specially Padma Bridge are financed by own."

This is a matter of proud that the big projects are constructed by Own Bangladeshi Finance.

But Bangladesh had a deficit budget all time. How This big amount is financed this is a matter of wonder.

Suppose we had income Tk.10 but budget was Tk.15 i.e. deficit tk.5.
Where budget is deficit and income and development budget is fixed then how this big amount is financed?

The result might be measured by the following:
A) Internal Value of Money: To determine currency value after one year i.e. Present value of money after one year.
B) Liquidity position of Financial Institute : Financial institution will be suffer for Liquidity. 
C) Recession: Recession for investment , Food and others.

Mainly IVM (internal value of money) and Liquidity will show the result.

Internal Value of Money shows the development of a country. A few days ago Taka 5 was valued but now it has no value. It make us tensed what will be the next. But the present Income level of people  is not enough for this lower trend of internal value of money.
IVM (internal Value Of Money)=
One Goods value (Onion, Salt, Fish, Meat, chocolate or others) in the market Last Year /That Goods value This Year X Money.

I purchased Milk for Tk.8 per kgin the year 2000 now the price is Tk.60.

Then IVM=8/60=.13
I.e.Tk.1=.13 for 19 years.

It means 
1. for Tk.1 (1-.13)Tk..87 was printed.
2. Undervalued for Tk..87.

It will show the result of internal value of money.
The definition should be: If other condition is unchanged present value of money compared with last year and determined by any daily necessary goods will be declared internal value of money.

Other condition includes: Suddenly higher value, Over pricing etc.

IVM is needed because foreign exchange rate does not show the clear view because of Internal contract with business magnet or Investment by foreign country. 
In our country we have seen a lot of Diamond has been seized from Airport.
As I know the Gold smugglers are not fool that after seized gold for several time they will smuggle the Gold by Airport.

This gold reserve balancing the foreign exchange rate.

Investment by third country also balancing FE rate.

However Investment comes but the salary range or daily lifestyle is not changing of our country. Education losing its value. Educational institutions became tired to this about new syllabus or competition. But profit is not so so.

To get the real view of economy internal value of money measurement is necessary.
