Every creation are created in need i.e demand i.e. economics and accounting kept the accounts on it. In Islam Allah said "i kept two angel in your two hand to count."

Accounting shows the way to invest and future plan.
Now a day's international accounting system becoming very difficult. Hedge accounting, valuation accounting and other accounting system make the accounting system non understandable or difficult to read by it's users.
Intended users or third party becoming really third party to understand the accounts.
In my eye valuation, hedging and other accounting system are one kind of provisional accounting because it's not operating or future income which might be changed. Which really makes the accounts duplicate and keep the dust on intended users eye.
Depreciation is one another accounting system which has no actual count with no provision. It become a fake accounting. Depreciation only shows the loss or increases the expenses which doesn't have any value to the investor or owner or to the certified Accountants but it hang on the neck in the accounting system.
Valuation when a owner need money from stock market then the "valuation" name uttered.
When everything of accounting run by the order of owner then when where is the certified Accountants "True and Fair View." Not only this the company runs it's everything i.e. inauguration,board meeting, share control, accounting, income tax,employee management by the order of owner. If so what is the need of law. Govt might use a contract system at the time of inauguration with the payment of Govt. Donation. That's final. Why do we need so much law? This is time elapsing work with expensive.
On the other hand company human resources has no value. Someday ago I tried to stand my claim on HR audit. The article was this"Auditing in a business is very essential material. Auditing covers the internal financial accuracy. But it doesn't cover the human resource utilization accuracy. Human resource is the life of a concern. Without a best human resources team a concern could not show best result. But now a day's it became very necessary to audit about the proper utilization of human resources and proper valuation of human resources so that human resource get motivated for his work. It is observed in several concerns "human resource delegation team takes decision without approval of proper authority. They are keeping partiality for appointment ,promotion, increment to receive bribe or asking other condition without approval of proper authority. For this , company losses best employees,ideas , best output and employees losses their valuation ( for this ,education losses it's valuation),motivation. Finally employees became fade up on HR department. In this Regards, a new standard to include as " Human Resources Audit" .
So that proper authority could believe that Human Resource is working properly as internal control works."
Human resources accounting also might be run for proper accounting. Human resource accounting might be this kind (primarily):
1)When an employee joined in the job. The journal might be:

2)when the employee revalued after job confirmation:

To, revalued a/c

It is also necessary to maintain Zero accounting. Because due to valuation and net present value method or or other valuation method a financial statements never becomes equal. Suppose X purchase asset or material for money 1 i.e. one. This results in the journal asset one side payment other side. But after purchase the valuation or npv method this amount grows to upper or lower. As why Zero never comes. It has another name events after balance sheet date as per International accounting standard. But the financial statements never shows the actual result. This may say Zero account.
However, I came to describe about the recession accounting.

Recession the phrase used in statistics. But accounting has no admit on this material.
Recession al accounting should be maintained. The average loss and income should be taken effect in the financial statements and also a fund to be created for future rescission.
