Dear
The bottom of the tinplate can is protected with rust resistance chemical to prolong the rusting process. However the rusting process initiates when it comes in direct contact with stream, mositure or water.
Seeing the pictures of the bursted shave foam can and observed that the subject can was badly corroded at the bottom area that must have resulted into weakening of the tinplate of can and probably direct contact of this weak can to heat might have resulted into bursting of subject can.
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and will assure that necessary corrective action will be implemented to avoid such incidence and also request you to ascertain storage conditions and follow the instructions given on the pack to avoid such incidence.
Regards,
The Super-Max Team
