The current political situations in Bangladesh disgust me unlike any other things. Bangladesh is like a living hell right now. The current Awami League government led by the honorable prime minister Sheikh Hasina is leading the country into darkness. The way she's handling the situations is absolutely the wrong way. She's like a fire breathing dracula, like Darth Vader from the Star Wars movies. Oppressing the opposition parties like no other have done before, in history. That maybe a little bold statement but I am sticking to it. Right now, I don't see the country doing anything good or for that matter the government of the Dracula doing anything good for the people. The government is only represented by less than 10% of the population, so it kind of is accepted from them. People do not have any kind of freedom, no freedom of speech, expression. So is it really a democracy? More like an authoritative regime who's got their hands on our throat. But not for long. How long can you oppress us? For how long do we have to suffer? Innocents are getting killed, forcefully being disappeared, arrested and tortured by security forces. For what reasons exactly? Because the Dracula wants to stay in power? We the people do not matter to her. I would like to ask the honorable prime minister, for how long do you intend to punish us? The sufferings are already becoming unbearable. And we the people do not want you. Please leave power, call for early election under a caretaker government and let us live a fear free life and let us carry on our normal life. All the blame shouldn't go to prime minister. Some should go to the opposition too for calling unnecessary strikes and for being violent in demonstrations. The blame also partly lies to security forces for firing on innocent demonstrators. And a big chunk of it should go to governing party's student wing Chhatra League.
This is my personal feelings and no one influences me to make my mind. I would try and post something on my wall regularly. Please read, share and let me know your thoughts. Let's see if we can right the wrongs and if we could get out of this living nightmare. Because I am tired of it all.
