In response to my last post Mr. Saif Sherif has made some comments that demand some explanation/comments from my end. That’s why I am posting it for all. Sorry for English, I am not good at Bangla typing.

When nothing is in favor of someone, generally people switch to silent mode like Khaleda. In case of Hasina, although many things are against her, she didn’t stop speaking the truth. Naturally govt. didn't like it.

I am not saying that everything of this govt. is bad. Rather I would like to thank them for doing many revolutionary things that our previous govt. didn’t/couldn’t do. But the question rises when we see:

-Filing baseless cases, which remind Ayub, Yahiya, Zia, Ershad, Mosharraf…..
-Unable to file real corruption cases. Rather they are focusing on mild cases like income tax, narcotics, etc. Is there any other intention???
-Unethical moves with statements made by the arrested politicians inside the jail
-Practicing autocracy in the name of reform. Using government agencies to deal party matters, which also reminds…..
-Dual role for the reformists and anti-reformists
-Govt. takes (nearly) no action against Jamat, although they were the mastermind of 4P Alliance
-Balancing attitude like so called neutral dailies Prothom Alo and Daily Star
-No real move to stop the price hike
-Action against mass people in name of legal action. Please try to realize the pain of mass people after demolishing slams, hat, bazaar, etc. Although RANGS is still standing strong.

I would like to remind you that Hasina didn’t took over the party. Rather she was forced to do it in the time when the party needed most. I am certain that it is impossible to eliminate Hasina from AL in a fair way. If Hasina is a corrupted person, why govt. fears her? Why the RATS (Razzak, Amu, Tofael, Suranjit) have no confidence on the councilors? Because Hasina is not a dynastic leader rather she is peoples’ leader. The last hope of the deprived people of this country.

We all want change but that should be done in a fair way. Please stop comparing Hasina with Khaleda with predefined mindset. This has become the STYLE of our confused generation. Rather do a comprehensive and comparative in-depth research between Hasina’s 5 years and Khaleda’s 10 years. Do it neutrally. You will get the truth. And please show minimum respect when you are picking any word (as you did) to describe two (forget ex Prime Ministers) senior citizens of the country. Let’s build a respectful environment for all.
