Passport Expire and today i went to submit my papers for Machine redable Passport...The papers was attested by Notary...but when they saw the paper told this is not applicable now notary publication attested is not allowed but in the form its clearly written that notary public can attested the papers.
My question is if the rules is changed then why its not mentioned in the form.
