To denote your smartness you place your scarf on your throat or neck instead of your chest; and besides you’re showing off your cleavage, camel toe, hips sincerely to men as Western/European.
But WHY?
For ATTENTION to men?
Does it really mean your SMARTNESS?

Smartness is when you’re completely able to preserve your beauty and loveliness only for your husband until you get him; and moreover, when you have total control of your mind being away from all evil things.
